I'm Just 15 and i seem to have puffy nips is it part of puberty or is it gyno or maybe im overweight someone pls answer me?

Agree -- mild puffy nipples.  This is probably associated with puberty.  Would recommend "watchful waiting" and don't panic.  For many young men, this will disappear in 1-2 yars.  If it persists after that, then speak with your folks and arrange to consult an experienced gyne surgeon for an opinion.

Okay thanks doc im very relieved in knowing that it is just hormonal imbalance caused by puberty and not gynecomastia

It looks like pubertal enlargement of the glandular tissue which should resolve.Also you are a bit overweight so I would recommend diet and exercise as well.
