About fat grafting and scar tissue
Can fat grafting be done when the scar tissue is present ?  I meant is it possible to fil the area between internal scar tissue and skin with fat ? Imv talking about a small area. And how long will it take to usually dissapear the scar tissue itself ?  I have pain when stretching the pectorial muslces. Im two month post op
