Hi guys, would love to get your opinion on my case... i am 29 years old male, in reasonable shape and condition etc.. i do exercise however my chest is probably the most psychological let down to me... (particularly the left side) anyhow i wanted to do something about it and find out what going on....
I met up with a doctor specialised in breast & cancer  at a private clinic in order to get an ultrasound & mammography done. First of all he said I wouldn't need a mammography done because my age (29) doesn't put me under as a potential candidate for this test… and that is hould be at least 40 years old... furthermore he said I did not have enough ‘’breast’’ to put together for a mammography… therefore he suggested for an ultrasound instead…. do you think this is a fair opinion and i still dont need to get one done if i want to contemplate surgery as an option one day? anyhow....
The findings are as follows:
Small well defined hypoechoic nodule of 5 mm in the left areolar region. A nodular form of gynecomastia is also a possibility… Suggestion: FNAC correlation.   I do indeed feel a disc shape build up behind my nipple.. it is tender and it is sore when a lot of pressure is applied on it, it certainly was sore when the doctor pressed it to try obtain the sample via needle.
I proceeded to get a  Fine needle aspiration from the small lump in left breast :
Macroscopic description:
Small mobile lump appromixately 5 mm at, in the retro areolar region of Left Breast
Microscopic description:
Smears show few gragments of adipose tissue, other fragments show fibrocollagenous material. Background shows oily material. No ductal epithelial cell clusters or myopithelial cells seen.
Diagnosis: FNAC Lump left retroareolar region: suggestive of Lipoma
No cytological evidence of gynaecomastia in the aspirated material.
Long story short it seems I have a possibily Lipoma disc in my left areolar region….
This is where I strongly need more opinions and any further insight and help I can get…. Guys please help me I don’t know what my remaining options are… I dreadfully hate how my chest is shaped and how it points out.. almost all light colour clothing do show a protruding chest which makes it quite demoralizing for me…..  :( :(
What do I have?? Does it look like gynocomastia? Is it just execessive fatty tissue build up in my chest…. ?? I always thought it looked to much like Gyno... i have pointy pecs, and a puffy nipple on the left side.. it could be unilateral?
I have done blood work too , it seems normal I do not have cholesterol, my liver functions just fine, my urine analysis shows its all normal as well . I also told them to test my Testosterone and Estrogen levels which seems reasonable as well… Testosterone total = 420     ng/DL      & Estradiol is 21.20 pg/ml
Should I go see an endocrinologist ??? I hope my pics below can help you guys give me an honest feedback to what I should do next..???
Please find album of my pics here: http://imgur.com/a/rYmfG

You have confused yourself with medical opinions and tests that are a waste of time and money, in my opinion.  It looks like you have gynecomastia.  If you have other issues that suggest an endocrine problem, or if the condition is new onset as an adult or changing in character, testing is required to rule out other causes of gynecomastia.  But if you've had this since puberty or your teens, and you've never thought it looked right, you've probably always had it.  While the condition resolves in about 95% of individuals who develop it during puberty, it doesn't always resolve, and the only way to address it is through surgery.  If you are compelled, have the condition corrected by a surgeon skilled in the treatment of gynecomastia, otherwise you can make a bad situation worse.
Good luck.
