Hi docs, how are you all doing?
I have a somewhat puffy nipples since I was a teenager and I was told it was just fat.
Now I lost some weight but the nips are still there (99kg to 79). I went to an endocrinologist and got a ultrasound which found no signs of enlarged breast tissue. Still, im convinced that I have it.
What are your thoughts?
Thanks so much!

Yes, you have puffy nipples (which means you have breast tissue directly under the areolas) as well as a hint of additional tissue in the surrounding areas.  You would need surgery to permanently remove and correct the problem.

Look for a gyne expert in your area.
