The only thing that worries me is he seems to do other operations. I've send an email asking how many operations each year they do and i'm waiting for a response. He is a surgeon for 'centre for surgery' here in the UK. Gyno operation costs range from £3700 to £4200. I've been thinking of going to Poland and getting it done... but they seem to have a better technique. They can either go through the areola part like most ops or go through the side chest (can't remember the name of that technique). The guy i spoke to said they also use very small chubes to make sure no issues arise after. Also if your not pleased post op and the surgeon agrees you can get a revision op for free apparently.
This is the 'pull through technique he spoke of (just found it on their site):
The liposuction procedure involves incisions in the axilla (armpit). Most men have breast enlargement due to fat and this is therefore the ideal technique for removal of fat. The liposuction technique can also be used to remove glandular tissue of the breast, using specially designed  toledo cannulas specially developed for gynaecomastia surgery.

Surgeons at Centre for Surgery are fully trained in all techniques for gynecomastia surgery.

Here is a link for their website (gyno page) if you have time:

P.S: They don't seem to list crater or indentation as a risk (apparently due to the very small chubes they use and them spending 2-3 hours on operations).
