I just bought a tub of Body Fortress Whey Protein, and I just wanted to know how much does 30 g equal in teaspoons, tablespoons, cups, etc.

Also, does whey protein help speed up the process of burning fat? Just wondering.  The way I see it now, is that whey would give you more energy and therefore you could stay on the cardio machines longer to burn fat.

Whey helps build muscle. More muscle means you burn more calories in a resting state (doing nothing).  The whey should come with a scoop thing, 1 scoop (or whatever it says on the label) will equal whatever is next to protein on the nutrition facts.  Just change the serving to get the 30 grams you want.  It will probably be between 1 and 2 scoops.

Thanks for your help guys, but it's my stupidity. I should have looked for the scoop in the protein tub first. The scoop was hidden in the powder.
