One PS said he'd put in drains directly after surgery, another PS today said he doesn't use drains, because, it would present asymmetry issues.
What is is the difference?  I was a little caught off guard by the first surgeon, since I hardly hear mention of drains on this board.  And I don't think my minor case would warrant drains being put in.
