sorry to have occasion to say it, but welcome to the place. 

once the tissue's had a chance to form significantly, hard or soft, it's just surgery, no drug will get rid of stable gyne, or 80-90% of us would be gone from this site like bats out of hell  ;)

If you have had the condition for that short amount of time and there are changes for the better, you could be one of the lucky ones.

The condition does resolve for many young men, but if the condition has stabilized and persisted for a year or more without change the only alternatives are to ignore it or have surgery.
