Electronic muscle stimulator - has anybody used this to melt the fat and develop muscles in chest area ?
Am planning to buy this.. before that I would like to hear from ppl who have used it.
Can it really help in reducing the fat and developing muscles?

They honestly don't work, and have little benefit other than feeling weird. Basically a waste of money unless you have stiff muscles (i.e. tens machine).

afaik, muscle stimulator is different from TENS machine.. tens machine is basically used for pain relief.

fat loss isn't local to the exercised area and won't affect gyne content, so no.
* a man is more than a body will ever tell
* if it screws up your life the same, is there really any such thing as "mild" gyne?

Thanks Dr.Jacob for your advice. If you could explain why you said that, it would be very helpful to me

Any machine that stimulates your muscle is, in essence, mimicking what you could do with mere exercise.  And it is well known that no amount of exercise will make your gyno disappear -- it must be surgically removed.

not exactly true... exercise strengthens the muscle through CNS stimulation and recruitment of nerves firing in the muscles. These machines stimulate the muscles with electrical currents causing them to contract/relax; however, there is no development of the CNS pathways that actually result in added strength or muscle tone.

Not sure if it would reduce fat at all -- perhaps it might help with muscles.  There have been many gadgets in the past which purported to stimulate (and grow) your muscles while you relaxed on the couch.  They didn't work.
