I'm 17 and I saw my doctor a couple weeks ago about my gynecomastia.  Although it is minor, the blood tests came back that my free testosterone level was at a .06 when it should be at a .9

He referred me to an endocrinologist, and I was just wondering if I get patches/injections/pills to resolve the testosterone hormone deficiency, will it make the gynecomastia go away?

You don't do any such thing. Go see the endo first.

losing 40lbs in 3 months is your issue... severe dieting can caused suppressed testosterone levels. get back to eating a healthy maintenance diet and i bet your test levels will come back up to normal levels
