I had my surgery last week and my doctor advised me to wrap my chest tightly with tensor bandage, but it's a pain in the butt, especially if I don't have someone to help me with it.  Alternatively, he suggested that I can buy a compression vest.  Any advice on a proper vest for 1 week post op?  THANK YOU

I used the Dale Ab Binder. Worked well and has a velcro fastener which made it very easy to put on and take off. Much better than a vest IMHO.
