A. As Vaio said... wait at least 4 weeks before being judgemental.

B. Skin shrinkage.... all depends how much excess skin you have and how elasticized your skin still is. Skin looses its elasticity as you age.

Less fat... if you don't burn the fat off ( diet/exercise ) it wont be going anywhere too soon!

C. Small 'blob' on the 'exterior' of your areola... Hmmmm, haven't heard of that before... Please post some pix Dude....
