Two weeks after Gynecomastia surgery now.
I met my Dr two days ago to remove the incision. They said everything is well and good. Healing vise Im doing better. But since I am living in a hot city, I cant wear the compression garment during day time. So Dr suggested to take off during day time and wear it in night for another two weeks. But it feels little uncomfortable and itchy if I dont wear it. Is it normal and can I not wear during day time?

Obviously, your doctor has provided his best recommendations to you -- it is up to you to follow his instructions or not.  If you do not, then your results may not be as good as possible -- that is your decision alone.   No one on this forum would tell you to ignore your surgeon's advice.

A little bit of discomfort now is worth it for long term improvement in your chest.
