It's always looked that way from what I can remember. I've been a big guy to begin with and in middle school I thought nothing of it because I was overweight to begin with. I've lost a good deal of weight before my senior year in high school got down to roughly 230lbs, but saw very little change in my chest area. And now that I've been researching more about gynecomastia along with dieting and exercise I'm becoming more in terms with it.

I have resigned myself to the Bra, im am a 48B chest and am in a growth spurt .I wear a bra daily and give it no thought anymore and don't care who sees it ,so I would say its all up to you to decide the fate of your Breasts, the Bra or the knife? anyhow Bright Blessings .
