hard masses near incisions 1 week post op

I have some hard masses near my incisions. I had ultrasonic lipo with the canula device 1 week ago for minor gybecomasti repair. Not sure if its swelling or something else.
Also, a few days after the op I was perfectly flat. Now I'm all puffed up again. Is this to be expected? Is it just swelling? I cannot feel any breast tissue nehind the nipple just soft. Geeze this is really grivating

At one week, you are worried about swelling?  Of course it's going to be puffy!  You need to give it time....months of time...before you start to worry.
