grandpa, what do you think evrything should be cool right. I mean the dr honestly never told me not to have sex. I tougth id share this with yall, maybe yall were once

If you want to save some coin...  just buy a few t-shirts that are a size or two, too small. You don't need a fancy compression vest imo.

If you want something more substantial, go to your local sports store and get an Under Armour compression shirt...

From a doctor's perspective, the most important post-operative concern is to keep a patient's blood pressure as normal and as low as possible. This is meant to prevent any possible late post-operative bleeding under the skin. That is one of the reasons why doctor's recommend no strenuous exercise after surgery.  Same goes for sex -- so very easy to begin with......!

Best example:  I had a patient who had a terrific post-operative result -- til he called me ten days after surgery, and after (in his words) a "crazy night of sex."  The next day, he had a hematoma!
