I'm 2 days after operation and I'm keeping my compression vest on and eating my medicine and just relaxing for the best healing process.

I dont feel so much pain, especially after taking my painkillers (dont feel anything uncomfortable at all).

But when I massage my left chest as my doctor recommended, I hear a weird noise.
Is it fluid or air?

When I had surgery, I saw that some air was trapped under my left nipple, but is that what is making the sound?

I've waited so for long the surgery I just want it to heal perfectly now!

Also, should I wait until I remove the stitches until I start massaging?

What you are probably hearing is a bubble of trapped air under the skin.  It may gurgle or make some other similar sound.  Don't worry -- this is completely innocuous and the air will be absorbed by your body fairly soon.
