Post surgery Before and after Pictures Is it incomlete? What to do now?

Its day four after my surgery. At first surgeon told me that procedure is lipo+rempval of gland during consultation. On the surgey day when I was inside theater he changed mind and told to do lipo only and no excision was done. no drain was used and now I feel the procedure was incomplete and chest appears conical. And my left chest is still bigger right is somewhat reduced in size but tip is conical.

Even with the anticipated post op swelling, I think you should look better -- even at four days.

There is absolutely nothing to do at this time except wait for much of the healing to occur -- which will be a minimum of four months.  Then have another discussion with the surgeon about the results.
