Sharp uncomfortable pains after 6 years of gyno - surgery for free UK???

Hi, from what i can remember i have had gyno since the age of 13. It is only mild however it has always made me feel slightly self concious... recently it has got less noticeable due to the fact i started lifting.

However i am now 19 and since from about 6 months ago a really sharp uncomfortable pain has been coming from behind my nipple under the skin and my nipple starts to swell up. This only seems to happen when i am hot or i have done exercise. Some nights i cannot even sleep due to the uncomfortable pain.

There is no way i can afford surgery but i was wondering if anyone knows what my chances are of getting a referral for having free gyno surgery on the nhs because of the pain?? or even my insurance covering it under private healthcare?
