I am 23 yr old college guy and I think I have.  It sucks because I have had it for a while but it seems like its worse from since I was in HS.  I live in NW Arkansas and there are some surgeons, but I do not know if they even know what it is.  Any help, advise and tips would be awesome.  Let me know what you guys think.  Is it bad? ok?

I can see it in a couple of your pics but not all.  Can you feel any hard tissue or is it all soft?  Mine looks similar to yours and I can feel both hard breast tissue and soft fat.  Some people have just fat and others have just breast tissue.
I don't really put a lot of weight into what others think about how I look.  I just want to feel better about myself and how I see myself.  I'm sure it is that way with you as well.  Do something - work out, lose weght, etc to see if it goes away.  If it doesn't, go see an endocrinologist to see if something is causing it then a good plastic surgeon to correct it.  Life is too short to have to worry about this condition.  I know I've wasted too many years hating how I look (noticed it at around 10-11 years and am now 44 years old).
I have my appointments lines up.  You should too.
Good luck!

How did GNX come up with a 6 ?  I'd say 2 or 3.  there is very little fat, nothing hangs or actually looks feminine, no way that's a 6.  I'd say loose a little more weight and see how it looks then.

Sweet! Thanks guys for your input.  These pictures actually make me look like I have some fat to lose, but I wegh 158 and I am 5'10 and i have been down to 150 and it still looked the same.  How much does it usually run  to get this type of procedure done? Any good doctors in Arkansas or good doctors in Dallas, I live about 5 hours from Dallas.

Bluecross and Kaiser dont cover it.

Yours isn't that bad at all.  In fact you could probably get away with just lipo since you don't have puffy nipples.

My Dr quoted me a price of 2 thousand if i did ONLY lipo, but I needed the excision as well, which added another 1000.

Cool, here are some more pics.  Hopefully lipo is all I need, does anyone else have like a little pudge like under the armpit?  That is what annoys me the most!  How much do you think lippo would cost for my chest area?

Your case isn't too bad, but I can see how it can bother you.
Good thing is, Your nipples aren't actually puffy and that should be a relief, so I think you would prob only need a lipo, and pretty much you would have great results.

If its done in canada, I can't see it costing too much.

Not too bad but gyne's there, I'd give a 3 to be honest. The decision you're gonna take belongs to you.
