Well I practice BJJ ,Boxing and a bunch of other martial arts. These almost all require me to take my shirt off in competition. This has basically bothered me for a while but I've just now worked up the bravery to ask about it. I've been working out my chest a lot specifically to get rid of the moobs, but they just won't go.

Answer: Yes you have them. This is not going to disappear by working out. How old are you ?

If the male chest has a female contour, then it is gynecomastia by definition. It also seems there may be an element of chest drooping. This is often a factor after major weight loss.

Standard Pictures to Evaluate Male Chest Loose Skin and Gynecomastia can better demonstrate just how much loss skin is a factor. Excess Skin of the Male Chest can come in different degrees. Options depend on many factors as skin reduction can be a compromise. Here are two examples that seem to bracket the degree of your incomplete image set.

Before and After Skin Reduction Chest Lift Male Mastopexy.

Hope this helps,

Well I did lose about 40 pounds after I started getting into martial arts. So I'm guessing that would explain the sagging. So is it a combination of both Gyno and sagging or just all from the drooping.

To balal's inquiry, I'm 20.

Most patients with sagging have a gynecomastia gland and fat component. This excess comes in many different degrees. Check out the gland removed in the Gynecomastia Gland Gallery. Go to the Male Mastopexy Drooping Gynecomastia Gland section to see the amount of glandular tissues removed. You can then learn more about that particular patient by clicking on the link to his section on the site.

Sometimes the fat / gland component are tiny. One such example is seen on this example on my  Body Shaper Vest to contour After Welght Loss. There still was a gland fat component, but the skin was the major issue.

Hope this helps,
