I'm a young man who think i have gynecomastia/puffy nipples.

I would really appreciate some comments about what you think!

Heres my photos

Sry for bad quality on pics!

I have worked all summer to save up money for an operation if i need it.

Welcome, Nboy.

Nope, I wouldn't even consider surgery with a chest like yours.  I don't know whether you have gyne, or not, but even if you do, it's so insignificant that it's simply not worth messing with.  I'd much rather have your chest with NO scars than a chest that doesn't look that much better WITH scars.  Besides, I seriously doubt anyone would give your chest a second look when you go out in public.  There's nothing to draw attention to it, and that's essentially what you're after.

So my advice?  You look good...stop worrying about it!  :)

I agree with Raider Fan. You look just fine.

Is there something there? Maybe. But it is so unnoticeable I don't think the risk of surgery is worth it.

back to your question: i think it's gland.
but like others said, it's very a mild case which is barely noticeable. i wouldn't touch it.

You are relatively thin with a slight amount of tissue just beneath the nipples.  Most people would be content with that.  It is a good chest -- but not absolutely perfect.  Working out and/or dieting are great -- but they will not help your situation (sorry).  You would require surgery (only if you want it) to obtain a "perfect" chest --completely flat, smooth and contoured chest.

put it this way... do you think people would mistake these photos for that of a females chest?
If yes, then you have gynecomastia if no then you DONT.. Simple really!

Not gyne imo!
I wouldn't have surgery if my chest looked like this
Try training your Chest hard and reassess (not that it looks like you dont train)
