I think you could do with some weight loss, but it does look like you have a small amount of breast tissue.

When men are overweight, their chest will usually have both fat and breast tissue.  One cannot tell from looking or feeling exactly what type of tissue is there.

Weight loss, if possible, is strongly recommended.  You may end up with a chest that looks great -- or one that still shows a little gyne -- but something that you can live with.  Only time will tell.

If, after losing weight, you still have excess tissue which is objectionable to you, then one should consider a consultation with an experienced gyne surgeon to find out about possible options.

Yeah I think you would be much happier with your chest if you lost some weight.

There is no absolute ideal weight for a person -- it is what you are comfortable with.  Remember, when you lose weight, you cannot dictate where the weight will come off -- it may not be lost where you want it to be lost.

You can check a BMI table to see where you are -- normal BMI should be in the 20 - 25 range.

When you lose weight, you may still have a bit of breast tissue on your chest.  You will then be faced with a decision as to whether you can live with it, or, if it disturbs you sufficiently, you may wish to explore surgical options with a surgeon.  There are no "natural" ways to remove it -- and pills do not work -- it is a waste of money.

But first things first -- lose the weight!  Then consider your options -- you may not have to do anything!

Personally I have seen improvement with my chest with losing weight and push ups.

You can kind of see the cut in my chest dividing my pecs hahaha

Anyway, I suggest you lose weight FIRST and decide if you would see improvement if you did chest exercises.

Since your 16 the best thing you could do is go on a cardio plan and a diet, its very easy to lose weight when you stick to a strict regime.

When you have an idea how much is breast tissue than you will be able to decide your next step.
