I am about 5 feet (182 cm) and weigh 178 lbs (81 kg). I have lost about 10 kg in the last six months.

The first doctor I visited for consultation, told me that I should try converting the fat into muscles, but that would only make it stand out more, right? I am thinking of loosing more weight, and start lifting weights again, after I have had my gynecomastia removed.

I have had it for about 10 years. It all started when a "friend" at a gym gave me a protein shake, which turned out to be more than just a protein shake (probably some sort of a steroid), and thats when I first developed gynecomastia. It has become worse the last couple of years. So how bad do you reckon my case is?

Sorry about the large picture size. I know I still have quite some fat on the stomach, but still my chest is far too large, right?

And I do realise that I am quite hairy, I am of Indian origin after all.  :D

Its a moderate case weight loss will help a bit, but you will need surgery if you want a flat chest. Also you definitely need a waxing ;)

But yeah if you have the money, id recommend surgery :)
