I never got round to posting after surgery. I had been embarrassed for years beforehand and you don’t realise how much you round your shoulders to avoid it being too obvious. Surgery was smooth. Bruising bad. A few weeks of recovery. I wish I had done it years earlier. Result superb. Love wearing t shirts these days and after a good few years of yoga with no shirt on at all now just about stand up straight. I would encourage anybody to get this done it is transformational.
