Im starting to get abit nervous again now. Ive got my revision with Mr levick in a week. This time the procedure will be done under local. Anybody who's had that, whats it like and what happens. Cant wait for this revision though as its been depressing after not getting the results the 1st time and i really hope this op solves my issues for good.

  • I've had my final operation :)
Hi ,
i thought i had replyed to this...i think there maybe a problem with the posts...lol.
local is good :) ....you are sedated and have the local injections. You feel pulling and tugging at your chest but no pain . I think it is better than general , as with general you are tired for the next 12 hours...lol.
Nothing to worry about mate, piece of p*ss .

Good luck

Never had local before. Do keep us informed of how it goes, and good luck, hopefully you will get the results you want.

Stonecold

Will you be just a day case or will you have to spend another night at the Priory?
