I was overweight for most of my life, so I always figured my man-boobishness was a result of that.

About two years ago I started eating healthier and running and dropped about 25 pounds, but my chest still looked lumpy.  For the last year I've mixed in a good amount of weight lifting to see if that would help, but it hasn't.

Your body looks great. The chest development is a result of muscle under the skin. Your nipples do not appear puffy at all. Your body looks fine. Not to worry.
