OK MY DOCTOR SAYS DO IT THROW THE ARM PIT BUT IM THINKING OF DOING IT THROUGH THE AREOLA NIPPLE

armpit is normal for lipo.  the areola would work too but would make the scar more obvious, but not completely obvious.  advantage would be if he decided to do some excision too.
