Hello Doctors,
I had done my surgery yesterday; 30th Mar 2013. This is my present condition (Attachment). I would want to know if this is something any normal patient go through post operation. I am very much worried looking at my present situation. Request everyone to advice on this. My doctor said it would subside in some days...

That looks like some impressive bruising. It's not really possible to comment on what's under the bandages, but what's not under the bandages would give me pause, to say the least. By now, I trust you've returned to your surgeon for follow up.

Yes Doc,
I had been for the follow up. He said it would subside in 7-10 days. He said even he's surprised to see this bruises as he haven't seen it on any other patients. He said it's may be because of some loose skin which I have. I don't know the technicality what he said or why it happened. Just trusting my surgeon what he said. Though I don't have any other complications till now.

There is a huge amount of bruising as well as apparent enlargement of the right side of your chest. I would not be surprised if you had a hematoma, which is a large collection of blood in the space where your gyne tissues used to live.
In my practice, I usually will operate on a hematoma (if it is large) and remove the clotted blood. Other doctors may assume a watch and wait attitude. Be sure to keep in close touch with your surgeon.
And best of luck to you!

Hello Dr.,
Would this lead to any other complications?

Hello Doctors,
Now I could see Hematoma in my abdomen area too. It wasn't there before. Would this create any complications? Would this be a serious concern?
Please advice.

The bruising on the abdomen and hip area is of no concern and will cause no problem or complication. However, you do appear to have a hematoma of the right chest -- this should be seen by your surgeon for evaluation.
