So i've had puffyish nipples since i was about 14, and i'm 17 now. however i used to be quite the chubster so i'm not sure if these developed then and have persisted since.
here are the pics:

this has been bothering me psychologically for years, and its even brought me close to depression recently. I've consulted with my physician and a plastic surgeon, my physician told me it was just puberty and the surgeon I saw said that surgery wouldn't be worth it. It's been three months since i talked to him and it still bothers me every day. I work out regularly, with weights and cardio and i'd say my diet is pretty balanced. But I really need some more information/opinions please

Whether it is or is not gyne, if the contour of your chest bothers you so much that it is a daily issue for you, then I'd suggest talking to a plastic surgeon who frequently performs gyne surgery. The risks of gyne surgery are not great if you are in good health and this relatively minor surgery can give you great cosmetic results. But you need to talk to a surgeon who performs this type of plastic surgery often.

I waited way, way too long to have my surgery. Although I'm slim, and didn't really have puffy nipples, I carried too much fat in my chest. I felt my boobs had a very feminine contour and they made me very self-conscious.

I am 5 weeks post-op and couldn't be happier. I can wear shirts and t-shirts that are my size and I feel very confident.

Is gyne a medical emergency? Of course not. But like all plastic surgery, it can provide a real boost in self-confidence if it is an issue that you've struggled with for some time.

Best of luck!

Whatever you do, I think that puffiness will remain unfortunately...  :( COnsidering surgery is necessary if it bothers you so much.

i was wondering if any of the facts regarding marijuana use and gynecomastia development are credible? because i tried weed once or twice and i hope that hasn't made it worse
