I would say a combination of both, fat and gland.

I would say a combination of both, fat and gland.

I would agree with this statement. But, I think it's more fat than gland.

Fat and gland but more fatty according to me. However, there are more serious cases of gyne here. Up to you to deicde what you wanna do now. Surgery ? No surgery ?

In your case, if you are unhappy about the shape and contour of your chest, plastic surgery can help.

I don't believe that diet and exercise alone will eliminate the female like contour of your chest. It looks like you are currently at a decent weight, so the "is it fat or gland" question really doesn't matter.

If you are really unhappy with your chest, consult with an experienced plastic surgeon. He or she can detail the results you could expect from surgery.

id say you have a similar case to mine (no puffy nipples, just a big chest)

Im going to be frank and say it wont go with exercise and from my experience it will probally get worse at time goes on.

Fat attaches itself to the gland, its not really fat anymore its breast tissue ... i think? eitherway if you want to get it sorted surgery is the only route unfortuantley but its not as bad as you first may imagine when i first heard about the plastic surgery i thought "well f*ck that, thats going to far" but with time it grew on me!
