I'm 6 days post op and I know that its a bit early to be freaking out, but both me and my girlfriend have noticed that one side seems to be getting more flat with each day and the other side is still puff. Today while helping me take my bandaids off my gf told me that on left side of my left nipple it felt a bit hard, so I felt around and immediately felt this hard tissue and then felt around the area of my right nipple and this hard like tissue doesn't exsist. Could this be scar tissue and would it develop this fast (only 6 days later), if so, should I return to my doctor to get this taken care of immediately to prevent any further build up of what I believe is scar tissue developing. Thank you.

Would check this out with your surgeon.

Scar tissue does not grow in six days -- but you might (I stress might) possibly have a small, localized collection of fluid (seroma, hematoma) which could account for this.  Or, it could just be swelling.  Go back to your surgeon and have him look at it.
