Hi guys

I had surgery 6 weeks ago, all has gone well. I slowly got back into the gym using light weights etc and am now fully back however I want to know if I can take a testosterone booster and whether it will cause my gynaecomastia to come back. Before my op I had my estrogen levels tested and they were normal so I never really knew what caused my gynaecomastia. Anyway the T-booster I want to take is called Test Freak by Pharma Freak and it contains as stated on their website..

"Each serving of TEST FREAK provides the clinically-surmised dosage of two key ingredients that help control DHT, and also supplies a powerful combination of 3 ingredients that help support a healthy estrogen to testosterone balance, and are exclusive to its formula."

So it has armotase regulators and DHT controlling substances.

What would you doctors recommend, is it safe to use?? It is expensive and a trust worthy product. Also I have never used a T-booster before.

Thanks so much for your help. I look forward to hearing from you

Medications should not be taken unless under the direction of a physician.Anabolic steroids while taken to increase muscle mass can cause gynecomastia.
I have a number of patients who under medical supervision take testosterone supplements but the dosages are closely monitored. The idea of testosterone therapy for male aging is a relatively new phenomena and it is not entirely clear to me when administered under medical supervision to what extent various risks are increased.
I also have a number of body builders who at the higher levels of competition, a high percentage take hormonal supplements. These supplements are obtained illegally over the internet or by other means and have a high rate of long term complications. As they are illegally obtained you certainly cannot rely on the description of the product by the seller.
