I am from india. I wanna go through gyno surgery and i consulted a doctor. He is gonna use vaser technology without excision. I wanna know if only vaser sufficient without excision . I have fat as well as puffy nipples. Is gland removal possible without with vaser without excision.

For most patients with gyne, lipo (Vaser or standard) plus excision is needed.  You might do well to speak to your surgeon again and ask to speak to a few of his patients who have had Vaser only and see if they are satisfied.

Thank you for your reply . I am not being able to find his patients. I asked my doctor about about gland removal , he says they guarantee only flat chest. He showed me some before and after photo of his patients photo looks good.

I have found that for me to optimize the  result a combination of liposuction,I use UAL, and gland excision are required in almost all cases.

I use Ultrasonic Assisted lipo nearly in every case and it is still not enough to completely remove the gland. In true gynecomstia there is usually a dense portion of breast gland that needs to be directly excised, either through an incision at the lower border of the areola or from the side of the chest as in the Lateral Pull Through technique. Most cases of unhappy patients posting on this website come from incomplete removal of the gland. I would caution you about a surgeon who says that you only need lipo or Vaser. Good luck.
