I have just actually discovered this term a few days ago, from a bodybuilding forum......since middle school I have had big puffy nipples i really hate it. I had no idea it was this common. I was always a big kid but never like obese yet I had this boobs, well more soo puffy nipples that were very easy to see in shirts. I do lift weights now and its helped my chest form a little. But seein as I have never been a cut kind of guy i dont know if it is maybe just puffy nipples an if i lost weight it will go away or at least reduce. Im a pretty strong 20 yr old but i do have body fat also but i consider myself a muscular build......im sorry for the rant well anyways here are the pics. (ps. dont mind the ebay titles)

  • there is hope.
front the front shots.. i couldn't really tell for a 100% because man.. you do have pecs..

it's like the guy on the 'gyno talk' forum who was asking if he had gyne.. but all his case was a case of biggish nipples..

in your case, the side picture gives it away.
i vote yes.

thank you for you input, yea the pics dont really dont do justice thats what sux, i think i look a lot smaller for some reason lol im 195lbs 6 foot 1....ive had big puffy nipples since i was in middleschool like i said, but when i started lifting at 18 it took away a whole lot even from the side when u see me in person its not even that bad because of my bulk build.my nips protrude but its like a big chest with it, its still bothersome, im gonna see if its the hard tissue or soft like ppl have suggested from a doc, but i think ppl who have gyno getting in shape can help you a lot thanx, im going to make a log of cutting down to see before an after pics....here is another quick pic i just took now to show more of my body

before i started working out the nips were 10xs worse but puttin on mass made them a lot more presentable i guess.

You have gyno. The side shot gives it away indeed. I think sports won't help reduce gyno in your case. The best solution for the time being would be to go & see a doctor or a PS. See what he/She says and take the right decision. Good luck to you in any case !

thanks its just weird ive heard from otherl ifters that when they cut down it goes away im not saying i dont have gyne but how come if its just fatty tissue in that area why wouldnt it go down if you train? ive heard 8% bodyfat will rid your gyne. hey its worth a shot ill check the doc like u said though thanks

I would think 8pc body fat would be quite difficult to maintain unfortunately. Ive never been able to feel any gland but when I went travelling i got really skinny but still had some palpable excess tissue on my pecs and under my armpits so I don think its always possible to diet it off even if it really feel like you should be able to.

If you want rid its probably better to start coming to terms with the idea of trying  surgery rather than pinning your hopes on training and weightloss programs which, in my experience, can be very disappointing.
