absolutely gyne, 6 or so on the ten scale, enlarged areolas too.  do the crusade as prep if you can, but that's op material.

A 6 is way to harsh. I'd say more like a 4.

Gyne for sure. I'd give it a 5 or 6. Losing some weight would help to reduce it but not remove it.

Mine was/is similar (until I dropped some excess weight).

If you drop some lbs you'll probably see some fat disappear from the upper part of the chest so it will look *almost* like a normal peck, but then down at the bottom you'll have the gland / nipple that'll sorta hang there.

Either way, no way you're gonna get rid of it all through exercise.

You're right at the last- before that you are misguided.

That is 100% gynecomastia, it looks very much like diffuse glandular gynecomastia, the type where you wouldn't feel rubber like discs (breast buds) but the type where you would feel lots of nodular lumps in the chest.
