As the title says I'm wondering what the common signs of pubertal gynecomastia regression. I've had gyno for quite a while now and it seemed to have stabilised. However, since this afternoon the gland on the LHS has become slightly sore. I'm not sure whether this is a sign of more growth or slight regression.
Any thoughts?

Well I guess if you put them completely out of your mind for about three years and the one day you look and you have a flat chest your problem has resolved.

Seriously, Nobody here knows the answer to your question. We are here because we have not experienced regression, resolution, shrinking, or whatever.

Men's breasts can be quite sensitive, but you said yours were sore. Sensitive is normal, Sore should be reason enough to see a Doctor. It is probably nothing, but be sure.
