First of all, I have to tell u that my english is not very good, so, if u dont understand sth, plz ask, probably it´ll be my fault.

I have about 17 years, and I´m slim. I´m pretty sure that I sufffer from gyne, when i touch my chest i can feel the mammary glands in both, and they are big.  The size of them are about 2cmx3cm.

I asked once my mother about it. She is a doctor and she told me that the problems is that my glands are big, not that it is gyne. She just looked at it (and it was enough embarrasing...) and told me that.

And now, my question is, it is gyne or what? Can my mammary glands just be big? I´m quite tired of being like this, really.

Thx to all,
Bye

Gynecomastia is when the mammary glands are enlarged.  You do have gynecomastia. Your only option is surgery.

IF I were you, I would get in touch with a plastic surgeon who knows what he is doing.  IF you email Dr. Bermant he will answer all of your questions.  From what I've seen, he does excellent work.  I doubt that your gynecomastia will go away if it has been there for a couple of years.  I believe that an endocrinologist would be able to tell you if you have a problem with your hormones.  If you don't, then I think surgery is the only option.
