suppose that surgery goes well, will there be any noticeble signs of surgery (scars or anything) after some reasonalbe amount of time (one year after)? in other words,  when i take my shirt off will there be people asking me questions about my chests or it won't be noticable to average persons eye?

Probably not. I am 2 months post op and I can barely even see any scars. Even after a few weeks post op it was not very noticable. Any dark color from the incision tends to just blend right in with the nipple. Of course this all depends on your surgeons skill level, but I would not worry about it.
Went under the knife on 7/27/07 - Revision 5/22/08 - Great results this far.
