I was from India but now in Canada. And was suffered from Gynecomatia for almost 30 years. I had a surgery last year. Looking at your pictures, my case for more severe than yours. I had real cheast like female and suffered so much mental streess in my early years in schools and colleges as I was not able to wear cloths freely. And hard time when i moved to hostel when i used to share room with others. So I totally understand your feeling. But don't be affaird as there is a cure for this problem. In my days, I was so shy to talk about this to doctors even my family doctor else I had a best of my days in college life. Anyways, you did great start talking to your doctor.
There is a cure for this problem and it's real easy. Only thing is to get the right person/doctor. I am not sure about whom to see in India. But I would suggest that go for best one. Don't look for money. Some plastic surgon may offer the treatment for less than some specialist but I can tell you ofright that this will be the best investment you will ever make in your life. So for small discount, you will not regrat if you go with the best. As said, I had really big size of cheast (maybe 2 times than yours, you can see my pictures on Canada blog). So after surgery I am not at 100% yet. But my doctor (who is the best in Toronto) took out all glan tissue and all left underneeth is fat. So I still have little boobs but I am in stage where I can wear anything I dream off. Since surgery, I have nothing wear else than T-Shirts in free time. Which I was dreaming to wear in my 36 years of life.
Only thing worry me in your case, is pain. Gynecomatia never gives you pain. You will not even notice and live normal life. Not even lump format in your cheast. So I should asy, you better check again for any thing else. Also, you have not mentioned for how long you been surrfering from? Gynecomatia never developed overnight. Most of the case, I read about have gyne from early childhood. And also, it won't go my any medicine. To remove gyne, you have to go under operation. They actually cut a scar size of 1 to 2 inch under your nipple and remove all gland tissues. Again, best doctor's work, won't be visible in 3-4 months. Mine all scars were gone in 3 months time. No one can tell that I had a surgery on my nipple. Think about it .... if you have scar near nipple, will you go to beach without shirt make people thinking what's with your nipple???
Another point is, you gantly press near your nipple and see what you have fat or gland tissue??? Gland tissues are feeling like lump and hard. Fat is like waterbase gal. Even if you raise your arm at 12 o' clock position, and if you see all gone at your cheast than you have have fat only. If you still see boobs like female than you probebly have gland tissue. In this case, it is better to go for surgery to remove them. It is sometime very hard to remove gland tissue by just lippo surgery. As I had bigger size, I had both. Insertion surgery to remove gland and then lippo to remove extra fat. Which were done at a same time by my doctor.
Friend, don't be shy. It is very common problem with man but they always shy to talk about. You took the right step talking about it. You will be amazed to see how much help you will get from this blogs. I did all my research thought here. Even finding doctor from here.
I spent 10 yrs my life in Mumbai as well. So I would say check in best hospital like Brichcandy, Hinduja etc to see who is the best. As said, this will be the nest investment in your life so don't look for money. To save some bucks, you might end spending more at last .....
