Yeah it is possible.  My dad has a somewhat decent case of it as well.  I just know that if I ever have a son and notice that he has it, I won't hesitate to be as supportive and helpful as possible.

No. There is no way to tell if someone will have Gynecomastia. In many cases, the experts don't even know 'why' it happens, let alone predicting 'if' someone will have it...
