Turmeric ?
Has anybody had any success using turmeric to lessen or remedy puffy nipples (to reduce gland size)?

This is the first I've heard of this one.  Though Herbal remedies abound, I've not yet been convinced that any are of real worth or benefit. Some could, in fact, make things worse.

You're better of seeing an Endocrinologist.
