Ok, I heard up to a point, you cant lose any more fat around your breast with gyne. My question is once you get surgury, will you be able to lose fat around your breast like someone who never had gyne? or would you have to just get it lipo'd out and hope it doesnt return? Hope this question makes sense.  :-\

Liposuction = getting rid of fatcells.

Weightloss = the fatcells remains, but they shrinks.

If you gain weight after surgery, the fatcells can regrow in that area. It's all about your genetics though.

But if it does regrow, can you lose the fat again, or shrink the fat cells to have a built-looking chest?

If you are in good health with no hormonal problems, there is actually little chance of regrowth.

The breast area is one of the places where fatty deposits are common, even in men. Maintain a healthy weight and there should be nothing to worry about.
