i am 17 almost 18(in 1 month) i started noticing my gyne when i was 13. i am rather skinny and they are just puffy. I am noticing that they are going down a little over the years. If i am seeing a decline does this mean it will go away naturally? am i too old already for it to completley go away?

you're not too old, puberty ends at high as 21 i've heard

If it's improving, I'd let nature take it's course.. Should that progress stop, I'd be looking to a surgical alternative.
