Do doing bench presses push ups gets rid of the fats in the chest?

I have a fatty chest but "without" glands, i have pics in the user photos area and i have consulted with a ps... they say that it is only fats and can be rid of by going to the gym and working out....

Does it work?

For most, chest fat is very difficult to get rid of. Some, cannot loose it all. You cannot exercise away Gynecomastia...

Gynecomastia: Gyne (woman-like) / Mastos (breasts)

I just had a look at your pics... IMHO dude, you in no way, what-so-ever, have 'Woman-like Breasts'.

Working out your chest will help BUILD MUSCLE. However, working out your chest WILL NOT SPOT REDUCE fat in your chest. If you lose bodyfat you may lose some fat in the chest as well. Trim up a bit and then reevaluate the need for surgery.
