YES! lol. I live in South Florida so try getting away with wearing a sweatshirt or multiple layers in the tropical heat of August! December can't come fast enough, lol.

Native to and again living in Southern California, I spent several years in more northern climes.  

Since the major effect is between ones ears,  It really made no difference how cold it was or how many layers of clothing were worn;  I always knew it was there.

At some point, each person has to make a decision that they are either going to accept themselves as they are or get surgery.  

It takes a real man to live with this.  

Reality is that Gynecomastia is so common that many consider it normal.  This makes surgery very difficult to obtain unless there is a medical need.  This need may be very difficult to prove.
