Hey all

I read somewhere, maybe even on this board, that it helps the surgeon to easily access the fat and/or gland, if you build up the muscle in your chest pre-sugery.  Any thoughts?

It may weaken the fat making it easier to lipo out. But, the gland would be the same as not working out before surgery. The fat doesn't really matter. The gland is the tougher part of the surgery for the surgeon. Although by doing that your chest probably would look nicer after surgery or have some nice muscle tone instead of being a normal flat chest which is good as well.
