I've posted my pics and my situation, but in a nutshell:

30 years old, 6'1 and weigh 205 lbs.  I've had man-boobs since about age 12.  I never worked out in the gym consistantly for more than 6 week incriments.  I never considered seeing a doctor about my boobs until I gave a solid effort of diet/excercise to try and get rid of them.

After 10 months of healthy eating and weight training, I have increased strength and lost body fat, but boobs haven't changed a bit.

I have kidney stones (long story) so one day while at my urologist, I told him about my concerns of having moobs.  He had blood test and LH level checked.  Testosterone was way below normal (which explains why I have always been so tired, exhausted).

Today, I just had my first injection of Testosterone Propionate 200mg.  I will be getting this once per month for the next 3 months.

I'm curious to know if any of you have had similar testosterone treatment and what type of impact it had on you moobs.

Sorry for the long post - I just feel lost and this forum is the only place I feel I can get 'true' answers.

The breasts will probably grow more now.

The large doses of testosterone will partially be converted to estrogen E2 the first 2 or 3 days of injection.  You will feel good for about 2 weeks then go downhill.  The last few days before the next injection you will be like before.

Most doctors now use smaller injections once every week to reduce the highs & lows of testosterone.

Go to this group & read, read, &  read.  You will learn more on how to manage your male & female hormones.

Good luck

Yep. I am on Androgel/Testogel. Smear some of that on each morning, and you won't get the ups and downs that you might with one big dose ever few weeks.

Ask about it - see if they can do it.

I'm going to see how the first injection takes its course on my body.

I will talk with doc about the gel before next injection.

After all I'm going through to try and get rid of the moobs (test/diet/workout).....it's unfortunate that the only true way to get rid of these will likely be surgery.

Aye. I'm feeling the same way. Felt like shit, tired, low, restless, for years, and when I find the answer, I find that I have another, different, visible, (worse?) problem to sort out.
