Hmm. Perhaps you have Klinefelter syndrome.

Anyway, having gynecomastia is no reason to be depressed and you don't have to let it ruin your life. Just buy a compression vest for now. Look at it this way, if you start saving money today by the time you're 18 you'll have more than enough to pay for surgery.

As for male thingy size...who cares? Don't worry about it, size doesn't matter to girls.

Also, maybe you should see an endocrinologist?

Dude, there could be a lot of reasons why your brother's penis is bigger than yours. It may have something to do with gyne and it may not, the only way to find out is to see an endo. and have your hormones checked. Some guys are just lucky, it sux that it is your little bro though.
Just for a little info, the average guy is about 5.5 inches fully erect. (theres really no need to compare when flacid) That means that some guys are bigger and that some are smaller. It happens.

No one says you have to take your shirt off at the beach.

Just buy one of those spandex body suits for surfers and wear your compression vest under it.

Why take a chance?  See a doctor.  Find out for your own peace of mind.  Low testosterone may effect your fat accumulation and penis growth at 14.

Zjab58 is right.  It’s erect size that’s important, but while size isn’t important to ALL women,  more prefer large than small.

i understand you, as for the penis sh*t, it could be hereditary or just hormonal problems, which isnt CAUSED by the gyne, but is another side effect from the imbalance, along with gyne.  Usually surgery is the only answer, sucks. I'm getting mine tomorrow, ill get bakc to ya

Reading down the list, I see some very good advice. There is really not anything I could say any better than what is above.

Most gynecomastia is actually quite normal, But it can sometimes be a symptom of hormonal problems or even more serious conditions. In some young men it can cause problems with their sense of self worth etc.

Several people have suggested seeing an Endocrinologist.  This is a Doctor who is a specialist in glands and hormones.  The advice to see this specialist is very wise. Your regular Family Doctor can give you a referral if that is needed. Hopefully, everything is normal.  Later you will have to make a decision whether to cope with the Gynecomastia or to have your breasts reduced surgically.

Whatever you eventually decide, stay in touch.  There is a wealth of support and good information to be found here.

If you have a hormone imbalance of low Testosterone & high Estradiol E2 it can cause light body hair, large breasts,  low muscle growth, small penis & small testicles.

At your age testosterone may help all of the above.  Go to an endo that does male hormones & get the male & female hormone tests.

Do not take hormones without the need as determined by tests.

Make sure you get a copy of the lab reports for your personal medical records.

Several reasons for the imbalance.  First test for it.

Good luck,

  • Wilma, grab the lotion, we're going to the beach!
Good advice by all.  Got a lot of ideas, but I think i'll refrain from giving a 15 y/o advice about his penis.
