Is it worth a try?
Im 16, and have low/to average sized puffy nips.... would like 6-8 flax seed oil pills a day help anything? should I stay of chicken?

You probably don't want to hear this, but the best advice for you is to wait it out till you are 19 or 20. If you puffies have not gone away by then, go see a Plastic Surgeon.
